Hi, I'm new to hardware samplers and thinking about buying an EPS (classic or 16, depending on what I can get my hands on). I currently use Reason for most of my needs, but need a portable (inexepensive) setup. The EPS is always mentioned for it's ease of use (which is key) but I can't find any examples of how it sounds in use.
Does anyone know of any recordings EPS/EPS 16 posted anywhere that would give me an example of how it's gonna sound in real life? I'm especially interested in accoustic instruments (ie. pianos, organs, horns) as I already found examples of some of the sunths and pads - I know it's not great for accoustic stuff, which is fine, but I want to know if it's passable or not for what I need.
Thanks.

Do you just want to hear songs that used the instruments or do you want to hear actual samples?
Apparently, El-P (not-a-fan) used the 16+ on earlier can-ox recordings.
I can't think of any big name hits with the original EPS, I'm sure they happened but noone popularized the machine in the same way as say the ASR.

Just mainly want to hear it in action, whether it's in an actual song, or just a quick recording of it's output (using an acoustic-type sample, such as piano) - hearing the sample itself just as a wav on my pc wouldn't quite suffice, as I doubt it would really give an accurate picture of how the EPS will perform in practice.
