When I go to resample a wave sample, I bring up edit/effects and play around with the settings until I get the sound that I want. Then I go to 'sample' set it to main out, and then resample it. After, I normalise gain and thats it. But the resampled wave doesnt sound the same as when I was playing around with the effects settings before I resampled it. Whats goin on? If it doesnt sound the same then how the do I know what its going to sound like after Ive resampled? Or is my ASR f*cked up?
Any help appreciated

Hum.... that's a tough one. So your resampled wave doesnt sound like the original w/ added FX correct? Are you sampling w/in the same instrument/track or to a new one? Double check to see whatever FX your using shows up in the menu as "bank" effect. Then check the second instrument. I dont think its your asr, prolly just a setting.
I've been having a similar problem w/ my resampling techniques. After I have sampled, I DO get the effected sample I want, but then I cannot change the perameters of the waveform. IE, I cannot move the begining and end points... ?
I think these are both easy fixes, as I would assume their both probobly settings we havent realized need to be changed.
