i just copped a huge pc fan from radio shack... $hit will pretty much take up that whole space when u take that shield piece off

I've made gigantic songs on the O.G. EPS with stock RAM. The EPS units allows piles of samples if you downsample.
The SP1200 was even worse...
Why does everyone need so much sample time? i assumed it was mostly hip-hop type ish people are making... For that, you don't need more sample time.
It probably better to get 2 machines (drum machine + workhorse/keyboard sampler) than to spend cash fully loading up an EPS.
